We offer free shipping on standard domestic orders. Additional delivery options are available for you to select at checkout.

All orders will be shipped from San Clemente, CA for US and international orders. Our processing time is 2-3 business days.

 

International Orders:

The shipping rate will automatically be calculated at checkout.

 

Customs & Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local government by the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order to the email address provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

 

Returns & exchanges

We offer store credit or exchanges for any unused items with original hangtags. Please email us at hello@thesunshineseries.com with your name & order number. Customer is responsible for shipping.
